Collegiate Design Series

Collegiate Design Series are programs that give students an opportunity to gain confidence designing, building and testing real projects. As traditional, industrial, craftsman skills turned into formal trades, masters of these trades were signified as engineers. Engineers were problem solvers, drivers of innovation, designers of machines, protectors of mankind, masters of developing solutions to enhance human life. Industry realized they needed to identify young engineers with imagination by giving them programs that mature trade related confidence and experience. Collegiate Design programs provides world-class, hands-on learning experiences for undergraduate/ graduate students in engineer related development and training. The diverse menu includes all SAE programs, Auto Drive, Aero Design, Clean Snowmobile Challenge, Formula SAE, Formula Electric, Baja SAE, Super mileage, all ASCE/ AISC programs Concrete Canoe, Steel Bridge, Surveying, Timber Frame Comp, ASME Sun And Wind, Human Powered Vehicle, NASA Moon Buggy.
