Makers IP LLC (“Makers IP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement claims.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which the Site may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
