As many of you know, beekeeping on the Cumberland Plateau can be brutal. I wanted to dig into a different approach: instead of asking our honeybees to constantly adapt to the harsh elements, what if we design an environment that complements the way they want to live? Our goal was to spark some fresh conversations about how we can build more accessible, productive, sustainable, profitable, data-driven agricultural operations right here in Tennessee.
